Gentle & Therapeutic Yoga
This is a gentle therapeutic yoga class designed for healthy aging, specifically for seniors. We focus on slow, gentle movements to increase joint mobility and safe range of motion, nerve flossing and basic breathing exercises. The class integrates restorative yoga and techniques to help manage and soothe chronic pain. All poses are performed on the mat, and yoga props will provide support and comfort.
The practice is designed to meet a wide variety of students’ needs while reflecting the teacher’s heartfelt approach.
The class moves at a slow pace, emphasizing breathing, physical awareness, and relaxation. This approach helps improve strength, mobility, and flexibility while reducing stress and supporting meaningful improvements in daily function and quality of life.
All levels and abilities are welcome.

Yoga for Arthritis (Chair Yoga)

Yoga for Arthritis (Chair Yoga) is a comprehensive program focusing on bringing awareness to the body’s range of motion while emphasizing functional training designed to translate directly into daily life activities. Participants learn how to walk, breathe, and sit with greater alignment and awareness—foundational skills that support overall health, mobility, and ease of movement in everyday life.
This class incorporates resistance bands, bender balls for core strength, and hand weights to enhance muscle building, core stability, and balance. Chair yoga and joint mobility poses are an integral part of each class. With a regular practice, students may experience reduced joint pain and stiffness, increased flexibility and coordination, and improved muscle strength and functional mobility, which are essential for maintaining independence and quality of life as we age.
Somatic Serenity Restorative Flow
and Sound Healing
Somatic Serenity Restorative Flow and Sound Healing is a gentle, guided practice that blends somatic movement, restorative yoga, and the healing power of sound. In this class, we move slowly and mindfully, using somatic awareness to regulate our nervous system and open the body. Restorative postures allow deep relaxation and boost our immune system, while soothing sound healing—through singing bowls, gongs, ocean drums, tuning forks applied on the body, chimes etc.—invites a state of celestial serenity. Leave feeling deeply restored, balanced, regulated, and connected to your inner calm. We finish with a progressive relaxation and 20 mins savasana. A blissful experience to reset on Sundays and begin your week feeling renewed.
Classes will begin from June 14th to July 26th.

Soulful Yoga for Holistic Wellness

Soulful Yoga for Holistic Wellness is a weekly practice that invites you to journey inward for balance and deeper self-awareness. Through soulful, gentle and therapeutic yoga, we calm the nervous system and explore weekly themes such as self-care, grounding with the senses, hot stone therapy, understanding concepts like affirmations, boundaries, emotional regulation, and more tools to harmonize body and mind. Each class helps you uncover emotional patterns, regulate your energy, and leave feeling calm, centered, and empowered. This practice will help you cultivate mental hygiene and mental clarity. You will need to bring a journal/notebook for this class.
Classes will begin from June 12th to July 31st.
