Stephanie Johnson
Stephanie came to yoga through a desire to create more balance, strength, and mindfulness in everyday life. As a mom, she values movement practices that help cultivate resilience, presence, and a sense of grounding both on and off the mat.
Stephanie encourages students to stay curious in their practice, listen to their bodies, and not take themselves too seriously along the way. She hopes students leave class feeling a little stronger, calmer, and more connected to themselves than when they arrived.
