Founder & Yoga Instructor
Johan Hamm
Johan came to yoga as a way to heal from years of being a competitive athlete. Starting in local yoga studios, he quickly realized the benefits of its practice and decided to go to India for intensive training programs in Ashtanga and Pranavashya yoga. Johan did his teacher training at Yoga Passage. He now passes on to students what he has learned from his yoga journey.

Kayla began her yoga journey after sustaining an injury during Muay Thai training. Through a consistent yoga practice, she was able to recover and return to training stronger than before. Yoga has helped her maintain long-term physical health, cultivate mindfulness, and develop a calm, positive outlook on life.
Kayla has continued to expand her passion for teaching through prenatal yoga, completing her Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training with Doula School Canada. She is deeply passionate about helping parents create an empowering pregnancy and post-partum experience. As a mother of two, Kayla understands firsthand the importance of a strong support network and is dedicated to cultivating a welcoming, community-centered environment in her prenatal classes.
