At EASE Yoga, our name reflects the heart of our practice: learning to find ease in the midst of challenge. Yoga here is not simply about relaxing when things are comfortable—it’s about cultivating calm, focus, and strength even when the practice feels demanding. Our Mindful Movement, Foundations, and Flow classes are built for those looking to elevate their performance in every area of life, whether at work, with family, or pursuing personal passions.
Building that level of high performance doesn't happen overnight, and we believe that consistency is one of the strongest building blocks of any success story. Meeting yourself exactly where you are today and knowing how hard to push are the keys to maintaining that sustainable practice. Because true performance is rooted in long-term growth, sometimes we find progress in rest, and other times it means pushing harder. It all starts with recognizing the honest truth of where you are in any given moment.
With that honest truth as your guide, your journey at EASE is entirely your own to shape. For beginners, our Mindful Movement or Foundations classes offer the perfect amount of challenge to see growth with consistent effort. Over time, you may find yourself wanting - or needing - the consistent challenge of our Flow class. Learning the self-awareness to recognize what your body and mind need for growth is all part of the journey.
Through mindful breath and disciplined movement, we train ourselves to meet difficulty with clarity and steadiness.

Hatha Yoga
EASE Yoga classes are Hatha-based, with a strong background in Ashtanga and Prana Vashya. The practices are designed to strengthen, tone, and increase mobility in the body, and clear and relax the mind.
Everyone comes to yoga at a different point in their journey. We ensure that all body types and levels of experience are accommodated.
When taking on the practice of yoga, it is highly recommended to learn and understand the eight limbs of yoga:

EASE Performance: Mindful Movement
Mindful Movement is a Yang-Yin practice. The main focus is on presence and grounding, helping bring the nervous system back to a state of rest and recovery. If you are new to yoga, this is also a great place to start, as the slower pace makes it easier to prioritize breath while learning both the postures and the sequencing.

EASE Performance: Foundations

Building on Mindful Movement, our Foundations practice is faster-paced and includes more challenging postures, while still being a great place to start as a beginner. This class emphasizes proper alignment and the coordination of breath with movement. EASE Foundations is also an excellent way for seasoned yogis to reconnect with the fundamentals of the physical practice of yoga.
EASE Performance: Flow
Flow is a well-rounded practice that balances a challenging standing sequence with a diverse seated practice, all coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. Like all of our practices, Flow becomes a moving meditation that cultivates strength, freedom, and fluidity in both body and mind. This class is recommended for those who have a solid grasp of the fundamentals of breath and postures and are looking for a greater challenge to deepen their practice.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can my child practice yoga at EASE?
EASE Yoga classes are available to students who are 10 years old and older. If a student is under 13 years old, a guardian is required to join them in the practice until the instructor determines that the student will be able to follow the class and etiquette unsupervised.
Can I practice yoga if I am unfit or haven’t exercised in a long time?
Yes, yoga is a great place to start your wellness journey.
Can I practice yoga if I am recovering from an injury?
This depends on the severity of the injury; you may wish to speak with your physician first. Please let us know if you do have an injury and we can discuss it further.
What do I need to wear and bring to class?
Please bring a yoga mat and wear non-restrictive clothing. That’s it!
Do you offer hot yoga?
No, EASE Yoga offers room-temperature sessions only. We believe that room-temperature yoga is the safest environment for yoga practice.
Studio Etiquette
A focused space helps everyone stay present and get the most from their practice. To create the best environment for your practice and others’, please:

Arrive on time. Once class begins and the door is closed, latecomers are asked to join us next time.

Keep phones and electronic devices in the change room, turned off or set to silent.

Maintain quiet focus in the studio—avoid disruptive noise, conversations, or movement during class.

Follow the instructor’s cues and modifications to the best of your ability. Our teachers are here to guide your practice safely and help you grow.
A clean, organized studio allows everyone to practice in comfort and with respect for the shared space. To keep the studio clean, please:

Leave shoes outside the studio or neatly on the rack.

Bring your own mat or rent one for $5.

Use all props, mats, and equipment with care, wipe them down after use, and return them to their proper spot.

Leave the studio as you found it—clean and ready for the next class.

Be mindful with scented products, as we do have allergies to strong fragrances within the studio.
Respect and courtesy create a supportive community where everyone feels welcome. As a member of the EASE community, please:

Respect others’ personal space—both on and off the mat.

Share locker rooms and common areas with consideration.

Wear appropriate attire such as a t-shirt, tank, or sports bra. Shirtless practice is not permitted.

Approach class as an active practice of mindfulness, growth, and challenge—not as passive relaxation.
